The feature I am most looking forward to in iOS 6 is the 3D maps and turn by turn navigation. Unfortunately we have discovered that these new features will be exclusively on the iPhone 4S, iPad 3, and ipad 2. This is a huge let down for me and I’m sure it is for many other iPhone 4 / 3GS owners.
If you head over to Apple’s iOS 6 webpage, at the bottom in fine print it reads
Flyover and turn-by-turn navigation will be available only on iPhone 4S and iPad 2 or later.
Even though this sucks I’m sure it is possible to port the 3d maps and turn by turn navigation to older devices with a jailbreak tweak just like we do with Siri =]
