Finally we now have a way to downgrade from the iPad baseband (06.15.00) If You were having searching issues, GPS issues, or just wanted to not deal with the troubles that come with the 06.15.00 baseband follow this guide.
Note: If you unknowingly installed the 06.15.00 baseband on an iPhone with serial number higher than xx135xxx this will not help you, sorry.
Step 1. Download the latest version of Redsnow from the link below.
Step 2. Plug in your device to the computer then turn it off.
Step 3. Open up redsnow then click on jailbreak.
Step 4. Make sure the “downgrade iPad baseband” is checked off then press next.
Step 5. Follow the steps on the screen to pt your device into DFU mode and let the program finish its job.
Once your device turns back on your modem firmware (baseband) should now say 05.13.04
You can now go into Cydia and install ultrasnow to unlock your iPhone
