In case you guys were wondering how people download tweaks and themes for free on cydia I will show you how.  The first thing you need to do in order to get cydia tweaks/themes for free is to jailbreak your device.  If you have yet to jailbreak your iDevice, check out our tutorial Jailbreak Untethered
